What's On

We are excited to invite you to a special event featuring Caroline McNally, Executive Partner of Gall, a leading boutique law firm in Hong Kong. It will take place on 14 June at the Chamber, followed by networking drinks.

McNally will share her insights and expertise on various aspects of family law, including:

- Understanding your rights and obligations in a divorce or separation
- Legality of pre/post nuptial contracts and custody agreement
- Protecting your assets and financial interests in event of divorce proceedings
- Understanding how gifts or inheritance from parents and family are viewed in event of divorce in adult children
- Navigating child custody and support issues of your children and grandchildren
- Addressing unique challenges faced by expatriate families in Hong Kong

Whether you are currently facing a family law issue or simply want to be better informed and prepared for the future, this event is a must-attend. As business people, we know that it is always better to have a clear understanding of the law and its interpretation in courts rather than rely on rumour and hearsay. The speaker will give direct and clear information that can help you protect your family and assets around what usually is a taboo topic.

We look forward to seeing you at this informative and engaging event. Please RSVP to reserve your spot, as space is limited.
