Joyce Lau is the Executive Director of Business Services at Tricor Hong Kong. She is also a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) (formerly “The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries”), The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly “The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators”) in the United Kingdom and EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst.

With around 20 years of experience in the business advisory field, Joyce specialises in corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, financial reporting and corporate restructuring. She provides professional services to listed companies and regulated entities in Hong Kong.

Bono Lee, Head of Human Resources and Administration, Tricor Hong Kong

Bono Lee is the Head of Human Resources and Administration of Tricor Hong Kong. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic HR Management with distinction, and has also acquired professional qualifications in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Psychometrics and Executive Coaching.

With around 20 years of experience in the strategic Human Resources leadership, Bono provides strategic leadership of the Human Resources function in Asia. He has led HR set-up for new business units, built people capability plan, and support the opening successfully. He works closely with the senior management team to lead the development and execution on people strategies which yielded business results, operational efficiency, and sustainable emerging market potentials.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.

- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
