The China Committee is organizing a special networking evening, the "China Committee Networking Reception," on 26 June 2023 from 6-8 pm at The Hong Kong Club. The cocktail reception offers members a unique opportunity to connect with the Chamber's senior leadership, officials from the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR, as well as representatives of various provinces and cities in the Mainland.

Besides providing a platform for interaction between the Hong Kong business community and Mainland representatives, it will also promote economic exchange, build relationships, and encourage further opportunities for cooperation.

This event is exclusively for HKGCC members and the participation fee is HK$390 per person, including free-flow drinks and canapés. As places are limited, sign up now to avoid missing out on this enjoyable evening!

Dress code: Business attire (Jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, sports shoes and flip-flops are not acceptable). No denim may be worn at any time. Those who do not comply with the dress code will not be able to attend and no refund will be given.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
